The BIG NEWS

Hi everyone

Here she is - our beautiful baby girl born on 9 August 2007 at 8h57. She measured 50cm and weighed 3360g.


She'll be christened Rebecca Cecilie Woodman Hyttel in September.

And the winner of the Danish guessing competition:

HANNE!!! Hanne guessed a girl 13 August.

No prize but we'd like to mention that although Niels guessed "a boy" he almost correctly guessed the weight and height "49cm and 3350g"

Anyway if you don't hear much from us, it's because our days and nights are filled with looking after (and looking at) our beloved little darling. She's so precious - more so than we ever imagined she would be!

Thanks to all of you for the many emails, phone calls, sms messages, visits and flowers :-)

No posts in July?!

Well, as most of you know we've been so busy building our new nest :-)

It's been a lot of hardwork and Kasper's been fantastic. He works all day then comes home and fixes and unpacks and the place is looking great. My days mostly go with the odd box otherwise mostly baby preparations - that includes preparing for the christening. My family will be here in September so the "barnedåb" will be held quite early in our little baby's life.

Links to my 30th birthday photographs are finally available. Sorry for the delay!!! Anna took some photos too - luckily because I didn't have any of myself and my stomach ;-) Bjarne also took some photos - maybe he'll mail some of them to me sometime?
